  • Jared Diller, City Life Director

    Rally Point Youth Center

After graduating from Lima Technical College in 1998, with an Associate Degree in Computer Information-Multimedia Option, Jared began working for a learning center within a low income housing development.  His job included computer training and after-school activities for the residents of the complex.  This is where God formed a desire in Jared to establish a youth ministry in the north end of Lima for teens that have little guidance, lack of purpose, and are unsafe from their surrounding environment.  In preparation, Jared completed two terms with Great Lakes Discipleship Training Center based out of New Haven, Indiana, in 2000-2001.  To further his experience in youth work, Jared, and his wife, Amy, interned with the Power House Youth Center in Macon, Georgia, during the 2004 year.  In 2006 Rally Point Youth Center opened its doors to teens within north Lima!  Rally Point provides teens with a safe, positive, and Christ-centered atmosphere that works within the City Life strategy of ministry.

  • Jeremy Basinger

    Bluffton HS Campus Life

A May 2016 graduate of Bluffton University with a degree in Youth Ministry. At Bluffton University I have been involved with many organizations, which include: hall chaplain, chapel band, and President of Student Senate. I believe my position at Youth for Christ is yet another reason God placed me at Bluffton University. Outside of college I work on the family farm and enjoy woodworking and metalworking. I attend St. John Mennonite Church with my wife, Drusilla, and was led to Christ while in the church youth group. It was at this time that I attended a church camp called Lakeside, where God placed on my heart the desire to start a Bible study. Since then, God opened and closed doors leading me to where I am today.  Now I am the Bluffton High School Campus Life Director and get to have a lot of cool relationships with teens. God has given me this new mission and I am excited to see how it changes my life and how sharing God’s Story changes the lives of  teens I meet!

  • Heather Braker

    Arlington HS Campus Life Director

Heather grew up in Ohio but lived on the East Coast for several years. In 2002, she and her husband, Kevin, returned to the area and became active in a local church. Through prayer and circumstances only God could arrange, in 2005, Heather ended up on a high school summer camp trip with the teens at their church and she's never looked back. In the years since, God has shaped and grown her desires to come alongside teens wherever they are in their faith. Heather and Kevin attend and serve at Findlay E-Free Church and are excited to be serving the students of Arlington HS.  Heather loves Paul’s encouragement to Timothy in 2 Timothy 1:7 ‘For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love and self-discipline.’  She strives daily to live and love in the Spirit and understands from experience that it is God through her who will change the lives of the students she will be working with.

  • Stacey Gratz

    Glenwood MS Campus Life

Stacey graduated from Bluffton High School in 2011 and moved to Findlay when she married my husband, Tyler, in 2014.  Since calling her to Findlay, the Lord has given her a heart and desire to reach the lost youth of Findlay. Stacey is excited to see God's kingdom grow through the ministry of YFC.  She askes you pray with her as she starts this new journey; and please do so with the lyrics God has brought to her as a reminder of His guidance in our lives.  These lyrics are from the song ‘Red Sea Road’ by Ellie Holcomb:  ‘Where He leads us to go, there’s a red sea road, when we can’t see the way, He will part the waves and we’ll never walk alone down a red sea road.’    Thank you for your prayer and partnership.
